The Morris Kahnem station staff conducts long-term ecological research in the Mediterranean. The study surveys various sites around the country, at depths ranging from ten meters to forty-five meters

The Timo project is managed by the Laboratory of Acoustics and Underwater Navigation, Department of Marine Technologies, Charney School of Marine Sciences, University of Haifa.
The information from the arrays is transmitted in real time using an antenna on the roof of Eshkol Tower at the university and shared freely through the project website
