Active research in the Mediterranean:

 Plastisphere composition and dynamics along the coasts of Israel and Portugal  

Vision for developing Mediterranean research:

 The coming decades bring new challenges in several marine environment subjects including climate change, pollution, overfishing and overdevelopment, which together bring destruction for the marine ecosystem. To be prepared for overcoming these challenges we need to develop the Israeli marine research in full collaboration between the different research institutes in Israel by developing shared infrastructures, research tools, manpower and knowledge
